 When the UL warning screen is displayed during shutdown, it can be turned
 on and off using the game pad keys and some keyboard keys, per #11949.

 I'm not sure about this.  Is this expected behaviour?

 Occurs on 12.1.0 build 16 on XO-1.5 and XO-1.75.  XO-1 not tested.
