#11746: 12.1.0,, XO-1; kernel support for SDcards

Comment(by greenfeld):
In general a XO-1 with 12.1.0 os16 with an open file or directory handle
on an external SD card's partition will fail to remount said partition
after a suspend/resume cycle. The XO-1 tries to do a full unmount/remount
cycle on the external SD card's partition(s) and fails.
The kernel will dump a backtrace complaining about trying to duplicate a
resource, presumably trying to remount in the same place as the open file
handle. The swap partition case probably is just a variant of this.
If no file handle is open on a external SD card's partition then the
remount occurs successfully.
A XO-1.5 can suspend and resume with an open file handle on the external
SD card, and the XO-1.5 can also boot off of said external SD card.
I do not know how to configure this build to boot off an external SD card
for XO-1.
