 In the testing sspec for XO-3, we are moving to using the runin suite for
 most tests which require the laptop to be operating.  Some of these tests,
 however, aren't too keen on the idea of sometimes powering the laptop
 entirely from the battery, as the runin-battery test does.

 For simplicity, can we please add a flag to runin (similar to the
 "aggressive" flag), which disables battery testing ?  This will be for use
 by Quanta QA engineers.

 Also (doubling up the ticket), Trac doesn't recognize runin as a component
 of our system!
