 On an XO-1.75 SKU-201 C1 laptop, running Q4D02 and os25 updated on 1/26
 using yum, runin completed then rebooted and indicated that runin failed.

 This laptop was running with the soiled, aggressive, and watchdog runin
 flags set.

 The runin logs and the serial console log are attached.
