 /dev/video0 is missing, but mmp-camera module is listed in lsmod.  During
 boot, message seen:

 Seen only on an SKU201.  A reboot typically fixes it.

 Impact: may cause runin false failures during ramp, as 0.17.3 includes a
 test for camera presence.  This problem makes the test unreliable.

 (There's a possibility that units in factory may not have been showing
 camera image during runin for this reason, leading to manual fails and no
 fault found on investigation.)
