 While running the runin found in os25 with aggressive suspending & kernel
 version 8f74291 built off of arm-3.0-wip, I got an error message stating
 "olpc-ec-1.75: transmit FIFO not empty".

 This was followed by a null pointer dereference which crashed the kernel.

 I'm told this is not supposed to happen.
