 Windows apps will need to be compiled on ARM including all their support
 libraries.

 To quote the site above: "Windows apps are mostly compiled for x86 and
 they won't run on ARM with bare Wine, so this is not our motivation. The
 main goal of porting Wine to ARM is to be able to compile it and run
 winelib-apps"

 If something like Visual C has been used it's likely that the app is using
 some of the included libraries and object code and there will likely be
 issues.

 If the app is written in c# or .net it might be better to look at going
 the mono route to run those apps.
