 Yeah, this is in imgcreate code upstream. I've been hit with it a few
 times. A mirror has a transient error, and the resulting 404 or 500 HTML
 served ends up in a file called foo-1.3.4.fc14.noarch.rpm.

 This is clearly because something inside imgcreate or the libs it uses is
 not checking status correctly.

 Has never happened to me with yum, and I use yum more often, so I tend to
 suspect code that isn't used by yum.
