 Hi Tony --

 Note that under OFW, you get the touchpad with its pre-loaded
 configuration -- most likely "2F". When you boot into linux, we load a new
 configuration/tuning, called "4F", which should fix this problem, but is
 known to introduce _other_ problems (see #11581).

 For testing (closing?) this bug, please test under Linux. If you see other
 problems, say "me too" under #11581).
