 A SKU 202 laptop failed in resuming after 3 twenty-four hour aggressive
 suspend/resume runin cycles.

 It appears to be a failure of EC communication.

 The laptop was running OS20, with the arm-3.0-wip f1f8f7fe kernel
 installed.  console suspend was enabled.  OFW was q4c12, EC firmware was
 cl2-4_0_4_01.

 A console log is attached.  No EC serial log was obtained.
