  * bit 8 (READY_FOR_DATA), corresponds to buffer empty signaling on the
 bus,
  * bit 10 & 11 (CURRENT_STATE=rcv), the state of the card when receiving
 the command,
  * bit 22 (ILLEGAL_COMMAND), command not legal for the card state.
