Comment:

 Samuel, the problem should be irrelevant to the build number, since it is
 a transient issue with resources beyond the system under test.

 I've just tested on os28, and ''yum install'' has worked fine.

 Still, ''Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for
 repository: fedora. Please verify its path and try again'' is a stupid
 error, it should at least say it can't reach a mirror.
