Comment:

 There is a Mic bias control in 11.3.1 os28 that has a visible result on
 the voltage Bias when measured by another XO using Measure in DC mode.

 However this does not fix #11602 & #11603, so changing between Resistance
 and Voltage modes in Measure has no effect as Measure-34 does not seem to
 be altering the new control.
