Comment:

 Using the Sound Recorder object from the "Supplies" menu in eToys I see
 the level meter move appropriately while recording.  However I cannot get
 eToys to play anything back.

 Since both eToys and Scratch are Squeak based there could be issues in
 application- or interpreter-specific code.

 Tested in 11.3.1 os28 on XO-1.75.
