 Follow the instructions at
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/XS_Techniques_and_Configuration#Installing_from_USB
 on a CentOS 6.2 machine (like a 0.7 schoolserver) after installing livecd-
 tools, and taking account the presence of git if already installed.

 The script fails if the version of livecd-tools used does not have an
 --msdos parameter:
