 This is on a XS 0.7 based on CentOS6.2 minimal + EPEL repo + OLPC XS repo.

 Go into Moodle where the user's information is listed (select user's name
 in upper right corner of Moodle's opening page), and go to the Backup tab.
 It says "Datastore is corrupt or has unknown format"
