#11612: Default left rocker diagnostic test via menu fails on external SD, powers

If one is not quick (and knows to hit the arrow keys), the default left
rocker diagnostic test in Q4D03 will step through all the non-interactive
items, and fail/power-off the XO on the first failed item it hits.

In our case this is the external SD card test, which fails if no external
SD card is present. And since I believe most XO users do not use external
SD cards this stands a risk of being somewhat annoying.

If there is a sane way to do it, I would like to see us continue non-
interactive-style testing after failed tests are hit like we have
historically after the user acknowledges the failure(s) seen. Since the
external SD card test is one of the first tests (resulting in the majority
of tests not being non-interactively run) the current behavior may lead a
lot of less knowledgeable people thinking their XOs are "broken".
