 This issue still remains under certain conditions. Specifically, when the
 suspend and resume interrupt playback of recorded audio during runin, you
 can hear the pops. Depending on what the period of suspend and resume is,
 and when the playback happens, you may experience this. It is also more
 noticeable if you increase the volume to the maximum using alsamixer.
 I have experimented with changing the ordering of setting some bits
 (specifically the powering on of the Class D module and the speaker
 volume), but the pop continues under the above conditions, until the audio
 routes have shut down after playback.
