 While in ebook mode, we need to temporarily disable touchpad input. This
 allows the SoC to remain in deep sleep, even in the face of input from the
 touchpad (as seen in #11196).

 We need

  * Kernel psmouse driver patch to add "disabled" sysfs node. Implemented,
 will appear in OS27
  * olpc-kbdshim patch to use the 'disabled' sysfs node. Implemented.
