 On XO-4 the EC may report the battery is "full" and "discharging" at the
 same time, at least with a NiMH battery.  This can be seen with "test
 /battery" in OFW.

 The XO-1/1.5/1.75s I have around me do not report being "full" while
 discharging with non-100% battery percentages like the XO-4 does, although
 I have not charged them up to full status and started them discharging yet
 to see if that condition can be reproduced.

 Seen with Q7B09/EC 0.3.05.
