 Something is draining batteries on XO-4 even if the XO is shutdown and
 appears to be turned off.  After waiting a day or so, turning on a XO-4
 will result in the low-battery light being shown and a near-empty battery
 percentage calculated.

 This could be an EC issue or it could be another issue.

 This has been talked about on IRC with the suggestion a few people have
 seen this, but no one seems to have filed a ticket.

 Seen in 13.1.0 os19 & prior.
