 scp dev.laptop.org:q7b09ma.rom is a test build of un-committed code to
 implement boot-continue for bootfw.zip security failures on XO-4.

 Before I commit that code, this feature needs *extensive* testing to check
 for unintended side effects and errors.  I will commit the code if and
 when a proponent of this behavioral change has tested it to the point of
 being willing to assert that it is safe.
