 The MIC recording/bias LED flickers in XO-4 runin on 13.1.0 os18 with
 Q7B08.

 It is mostly off with regular(?) rapid on flashes.  It should be ~60
 seconds solid on/60 seconds solid off to match the record/playback
 cycling.
