Comment:

 Looking closer at tomyin's bug report, step 3 seems to suggest that indeed
 the app had opened after he closed the launch failure. Which lines up
 perfectly with the ticket pointed out by Gonzalo. So lets treat this as a
 duplicate and work on it on the SL side.
