 On an XO-4 C1 (reporting C2) SHC24700652, boot halts with the circle of
 friends (dots) surrounding the XO guy.  The laptop does not respond to
 attempts to reach a virtual terminal.   13.1.0 os15 was installed, w. OFW
 q7b07 and EC 3.04.

 As a serial console was connected, I logged the boot and it is attached.
 There was no response to key presses on the serial console after the hang.

 Based on the last message in the log, I suspect the 8787 wireless driver.
