I woke up from a nap to discover a XO-4 C1 charging (orange LED) but with
regular red strobing/flashing (< 10% duty cycle) every few seconds. "test
 /battery" and watch-battery reported a 0.00 A charge rate and no verbose
battery state such as a "charging" or "full" {to be a separate OFW fix}.

From IRC conversation this was expected & normal: The NiMH battery was
just being cooled a bit as part of the charging process. But it also
sounds like we do not want to use the color red in non-error situations.

We need to set & document the NiMH charging LED color states at
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/XO_Troubleshooting_Battery and similar since
NiMH batteries will start to be widely used again.
