Comment:

 This problem was just seen on 6 out of 10 laptops running a reboot loop
 overnight (max of 4K loops possible).  These were mostly C1 with a couple
 of ECO'd B1 laptops.

 In an interesting twist, the C1 laptops (B1 silicon) seem to print a
 character at the prompt (a 1, a 0, or a dash)
 while crashing.   Otherwise, what is printed is the same.   Logs from two
 laptops are attached.
