Comment:

 Oops. libertas-sd8686-firmware is the right package to be used for both
 12.1.0 and 13.1.0.

 For 12.1.0, we accidently included linux-firmware in the XO-1.75 build. I
 hadn't realised it caused the effect you have noted. Anyway, that's been
 corrected for 13.1.0.
