 A quick check confirms that the SETi camera does not work on XO-4
 (tested with OFW Q7A08).   The problem is "false colors", or bit errors
 likely to happen with certain data values.

 A quick check of the data timing shows a difference between the two

 It appears that the SETi camera is probably violating the hold time on the
 PIXDATA input --- the PIXCLK is delayed slightly by a series termination
 resistor.
