 I don't have any logs from a few months ago.  James do you have any?  If
 not I guess we need to re-install old os and run some.

 In the logs that are attached to this ticket the discharge rate is ~6W.  I
 seem to remember that was closer to 8 or 9 previously.

 The power draw comes from the camera displaying into a video window.  Did
 all the video work perhaps lower the CPU usage?

 I don't know if we are currently building 1.5 machines but if we are then
 this is a blocker since a large amount of fails will cause the production
 line problems.
