 The XO-1.5 battery test may fail in normal runin (no DEVEL mode, etc.) due
 to the battery not discharging enough with 12.1.0 os20.

 Instead of discharging >= 20% per cycle we may only discharge 15%.

 This was seen 60+ times on the XO-1.5 I setup to do normal runin
 (SHC01601379) over the weekend.
