Comment:

 I'm hijacking this ticket since it is a duplicate of 12051.  The new info
 is that SD write protect doesn't work at all on XO-1.75.

 The problem is fixed by CForth git e000ecc, which enables the pullup on
 pin 141.

 The fix will appear in the next OFW release for XO-1.75.

 To test:  ok select ext:0  write-protected? .

 Should say 0 when the SD card is in unlock state, ffffffff in lock state.
