 BTW, I measured the voltage on pin 12 (WP#) of the SD connector at 1.47V
 when the card is in locked state.  I wonder if that is high enough,
 considering that we are running the card at 3V3 ?  The MMC pins can be
 used at either 1V8 or 3V3, if that is relevant.
