 removing sayamindu from cc

 I think the bundles are all 4 years old and should probably be re-created.

 I believe that many of these bundles come from wikislices and I think the
 proper way to do L10n of these is to have the wiki article localized on-
 wiki (in the corresponding language wiki) and recreate a language-specific
 bundle (as opposed as localizing them off-wiki).

 I'm going to resolve this as wontfix, please open another ticket about
 bundle re-creation from language-specific wikis if you want to pursue that
 as an option for bundle L10n.

 Note that the new Wikipedia building toochain from Gonzalo Odiard may be a
 useful way to pursue this.
