Comment:

 I do not see anything mounted for /bootpart in /proc/mounts on a XO-1 in
 12.1.0 os8.  I do see /bootpart mounted on a XO-1.5.

 Running "df /bootpart" on a XO-1 shows the mount point for that directory
 to be the root directory.

 I tried rebooting and checking again but the issue persisted.
