#11821: Thumbnail previews of live camera image during media playback not always
scaled in Record

 1. Record a Video in Record of at least 10 seconds in 12.1.0 os8 on
 XO-1.75.
  2. Record an Audio recording as well.
  3. Play back the video. While the video is playing move the mouse over
the main image area to see a preview thumbnail of what the XO's camera is
 currently seeing.
  4. Repeat step #3 with the audio sample.

While the video is playing, the camera preview will not be scaled, and
will only show a tiny section of what the camera is currently viewing,
 presumably unscaled.

While the audio is playing the tiny camera preview will be scaled to show
everything the camera is currently looking at.

Contrary to what I first thought, this happens with both the ov7670 and
siv120d cameras. The trigger seems to be which mode Record is in.

I could not reproduce this issue with the latest (country-specific) 11.3.1
 build.
