 Camera thumbnail pictures are not always captured on a siv120d camera in
 Record with 11.3.1 builds and the -ramp 1398916 autobuilt kernel RPM.

 Thumbnails are captured for the still Camera mode; but not for video and
 audio recording modes.

 A custom -ramp kernel built at 524fba9 with an additional camera fix does
 not solve the problem.
