 Ok, so that leaves us with the following interesting scenarios

  * If setting the clock from the gnome control panel (even if we have to
 install it) we want to make sure it DTRT. (Minor bug if it doesn't, but
 I'll be chasing it up).
  * I'll trust Lennart in his statement that ntpd sets RTC every 11
 minutes.
  * I'll verify _ntpdate_ sets the RTC
  * We should include ntpdate, perhaps even exec it on an NM hook.

 In all of the above cases, check that things set the _right_ RTC.
