Comment:

 Already enabled and working in XO-1.5, tested with:

 {{{
 yum install oprofile perf
 opcontrol --start --no-vmlinux
 opcontrol --dump
 opreport --exclude-dependent
 perf record -a sleep 5
 perf report
 }}}

 The kernel options weren't enabled on XO-1.75 though. Fixed in arm-3.0-wip
 d5c9101.
