 On 11.3.1 builds /dev/usb/hiddev0 (presuming the Lego device is the only
 USB HID device; otherwise the number may vary) has 0660 root/dialout
 permissions.

 On 12.1.0 os7 /dev/usb/hiddev0 for the same device has 0600 root/root
 permissions.
