 12.1.0 os7 needs a USB Wedo Rule to allow Scratch and other programs to
 access these devices.  All the USB devices created for a Wedo device
 appear to only be accessible to root.

 If this is done via a udev rule, it should be done in the new format, and
 not the old depreciated format (which should have a ticket already filed
 due to warnings, but is eluding me at the moment).
