 powerd is ready and tested on 1.5.

 untested on xo-1, not sure about readiness.

 this will bring us (i believe), to parity with previous releases.

 meaning, we will still be vulnerable to suspend races, where we may miss,
 say, a keyboard wakeup that arrives just as we're suspending.  i.e., since
 the keystroke won't bump the wakeup_count, there will be no reason to
 abort an in-progress suspend when it arrives.
