 Life is pretty complex

  * Some apps hardcode DPI to 96
  * Our screen is weird. In normal (color) use, it is technically 200 DPI,
 but perceptually only about 133 DPI. When in greyscale it is truly 200
 DPI.
  * We use DisplaySize in xorg.conf to ensure well-behaved X apps see it as
 200 DPI (but then, if they scale their fonts following that, we'll be
 screwed, we should set it to fake a 133 DPI screen.
  * For best results, when displaying content we should hit to the
 activity/app that the display is 133 DPI. We used to force xulrunner/gecko
 to 133 DPI, similarly, we may want to force a "default" zoom level of
 ~135% in Webkit.
