 I've checked http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Media_help_%28Ogg%29
 and we have libtheora, and libgsttheora present in the OLPC OS builds.
 I've checked http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:OggHandler and looked
 at the change log of the Javascript player, but didn't find anything
 useful.

 I hope one of our expert developers will look into this.
