Sometimes school network administrators do not want the XS to run its own
NAT-ed network with all the XOs behind it.

In some cases they may not even let the schoolserver be called a
schoolserver. They may require it to be called something like
"gibberish20933.example.net". In such a case the schoolserver may not be
allowed to provide DHCP and DNS.

This is a ticket to make sure that schoolservers can function in such an
environment, with a series of configuration scripts to make the process
straightforward. A separate ticket may need to be filed to ensure that
Sugar can easily be used to register an XO in such an environment using
information provided via OOB or similar.
