 What should happen: only the power button, battery insertion, or DC cable
 insertion should start the laptop.

 What can happen instead: any of the ten front panel buttons can be used to
 start the laptop.

 Occurs only if the CP tag is set.  Does not occur with a fully charged
 battery.

 Reproducer:
  * set the CP tag on unit,
  * discharge a battery,
  * remove battery from unit,
  * remove DC cable from unit,
  * insert battery, unit will power up,
  * power off with power button,
  * try pressing all four buttons above the power button,
  * if the unit does not turn on, then turn it on and off, and then repeat
 the step above.
