 The UL Warning screen not shown during shutdown on 12.1.0 builds.

 From the display's looks it looks like we might be trying to load it in
 some cases; but a XO-1.75 shuts down too quickly for the image to be
 displayed.

 Seen in 12.1.0 os6.
