#11758: run-in fs-check fails on /etc/adjtime

On a small number of machines (4 out of roughly 2500) runin fs-check is
failing on the /etc/adjtime file. Somehow the _pristine_ copy of
/etc/adjtime is getting scribbled on. This is not supposed to happen.

The problem has been duplicated once on one of the problem machines with a
run-in set to 30 seconds after about 150 reboots.

Problem occurred on 1.75 MP machine running OS884
