 If the school server cannot resolve DNS entries (due to a disconnected
 network cable, etc.), then XOs registering to said server fail to
 register, citing a timeout after 10 seconds.

 Once the school server is reconnected to the external network with DNS,
 registration works again.

 Seen with XS-0.7, 11.3.1 LR build os22 (modified to use local DNS instead
 of the override).
