Comment:

 olpc-os-builder 2ac0e0db602e creates output disk images based on the size
 of the data contained (plus a little bit of free space)

 olpc-utils-2.0.6 grows the root filesystem on first boot. boot is blocked
 while the resize happens, but it's really quick with the new online resize
 in Linux 3.3. Resizing XO-1.5 partition from 1.6GB to 3.7GB takes 0.7
 seconds.

 All done!
